Natural Food Festival In Bhubaneshwar From February 10
Bhubaneswar: According to naturopathy, food is medicine. With a commitment to popularise this concept, the National Institute of Naturopathy (NIN) is organising a Food Festival at the national level every year.
The fast-changing dietary habits of a larger section of population are impacting the health of people. The festival aims to promote and propagate healthy food habits, use of natural food and natural methods of cooking.
The NIN as part of its activities would hold National Natural Food Festival (NNFF)-2017 (Satvik Aahar Mela) and a Yoga-Naturopathy Seminar at the Janata Maidan here from February 10. The festival is open for public from 10 am to 8 pm.
Various competitions, workshops and events are also to be held during the festival. The valedictory function on February 12 at 4 pm would be attended by Union AYUSH Minister Shripad Naik. Various naturopathy institutes from all over India would exhibit their products in the event.
