I see her right now, as she sits by my side, a childlike light in her eyes. She’s actually doing something quite kiddish. She’s counting the number of ‘drops’ she has sipped from the Ayurvedic ocean!
One: I drink more water.
Two: I’ve cut down on coffee. I take tea breaks now.
Three: I munch on mint leaves, cloves and cardamom.
