Dough basti’s are containers prepared from the flour of special black bean (urud dal) that holds warm herbal oil over certain parts of the body. The prepared oil then impacts the functions of the tissues, glands and chakras. In this workshop students will learn how to prepare the dough and will work in groups of two building the dams on each other. Students will personally experience the wonderful benefits while learning to share them with others.
Marma points are 107 energetic body points that allow access to the body, mind and consciousness. Marmas are commonly used in Indian martial arts and Ayurvedic medicine for healing purposes.
