For creating equilibrium at mental level both men and women should balance their primordial qualities. Men should imbibe the sattva quality through concentration practices, yoga and meditation to balance their rajas. The women should lead an active life that involves movement and space. Both of them should learn to accept the male-female differences with generosity.

When you look at your own life, lives of people around you, art, literature, cinema, television serial and so on, you will find that the main theme centres largely around male-female relationships. A man and a woman are exhilarated together, or they have pains of separation, or they have, complications regarding their relationships, or they have misunderstandings due to being so different from each other, or the societies or countries impose hindrances in their path of being together.
