CII Yi organises session on Ayurveda

A session on healthy life style with the Ayurveda was organised by CII Ludhiana for the employees of Vardhman Special Steels Ltd. Dr Gauhar Vatsyayan, Ayurvedic consultant at Deep Hospital, Ludhiana, was the key speaker who interacted with the participants and discussed various ways of keeping healthy by following simple but effective Ayurvedic therapies.
