Good response to Kerala Tourism road shows in Nordic countries
Road shows by Kerala Tourism in the Nordic region of Europe recently have elicited good response from at least 80 attendees representing 55 companies from three countries. The road shows were organized in Norway, Finland and Denmark recently. India’s Ambassador to Norway Air Chief Marshal (retired) NAK Browne was the chief guest in the road show held at Norway’s capital Oslo. Ashok Kumar Sharma, the Ambassador of India to Finland and Estonia, was the chief guest in the road show held at Helsinki, capital of Finland. Ambassador Niraj Srivastava was the chief guest in the road show in Copenhagen, Denmark. Finland is one of the countries that enjoy visa-on-arrival facility in India. It is easier now for tourists to travel from there to Kerala for tourism and Ayurveda. Kerala Tourism’s tryst with the Nordic region had followed that with Australia and New Zealand. The Kerala delegation includes some of the Ayurveda tourism sectors.
