International conference on multidisciplinary healthcare

The international conference on Multidisciplinary Healthcare AIIMS 2014 will be held from January 9 to 14 at AIIMS, New Delhi. This is the first ever conference in the history of AIIMS where the Indian system of medicine academicians and practitioners have been invited to present academic and scientific lectures, hold workshops/CMEs and symposium along with the modern as well as alternative system of medicine.

The conference will provide a common platform to share skills and knowledge between diverse groups of health professionals and their respective associations/councils to fulfill the common goal of providing cost effective and affordable health services to the patient. The conference theme is ‘Bridging the Gap… and Expanding the Horizon’ which focuses on the importance of interdisciplinary knowledge (academic/clinical/research) sharing for better integrative healthcare services, strengthening referral system and promotion of multidisciplinary team approach to all kind of treatments.
