SoulKshetra to organise Free Yoga Sessions on June 21
To celebrate the spirit of Yoga on 2nd International Yoga Day, SoulKsetra will organise free group Yoga sessions and Holistic Wellness Seminar at VSR Kalyana Mantapaa, Brookefield, Bengaluru with a world renowned master who will be blessing the Yoga Festival with his presence, words and healing.
The program will commence at 8 am and will end around 1 pm. Along with the arrangements have been made to provide participants with a special millet breakfast.
Dr. AK Prakashan Gurukkal is an enlightened master in the field of martial art, Marma and Massage Therapy.
Soul Kshetra is a unique Holistic Wellness Centre, an initiative by Mahavatar Foundation.
