Victor Hospitals to launch Ayurveda facility in Goa

Victor Hospitals & Medical Services Ltd, a unit of the Alcon Victor Group, launches its latest venture “Goa Ayurvedic Hospital” at Margao in south Goa. The Alcon Victor Group is into tourism, medical tourism and in the real estate business. The hospital is located adjacent to the existing Apollo Victor Hospital. This is an excellent situation where the patients can get the best of both allopathy and Ayurveda facilities under one roof. The facility, built at an investment of around Rs 5 crore, with 25 beds will specialize in providing treatment and arresting chronic cases for all modern diseases.

With a determination to promote Ayurveda treatments it would conduct a ‘Continuous Medical Education’ not only to the 200 Ayurveda doctors in Goa but also to the public at large so that they derive the benefit of both systems of medicine to tackle individual problems.
