Individual Variations in Meditation
There are variations from one individual to the other in attaining the meditative state of mind. some get to the state of stillness rapidly, whereas there are others who need longer time. Even amongst those, who are rapid, there are further variations (Part 1, Sutra 21-22). We notice tremendous individual variation in intelligence, ability to assimilate , ability to concentrate, creativity and so on and this evidently is also applicable for achieving a thought-free mind.
