Ayurveda Yoga and the Policy makers

Can we hope that we make Ayurveda our main system of medicine and allopathic system only for emergencies? Can we think beyond BAMS and on real Ayurveda which is attached to mother earth, our rivers, our trees, our grasses and the little weeds growing between the main crops? Sounds like Satyug ki bapsi which may not be possible in this Kaliyuga. Citizen’s health and safety is an important part of any governance and it is the responsibility of the state to provide a well organized and efficient system of health care. It is the accountability of the governing bodies to take the preventive measures to stop the increase and spread of ailments and promote health in the nation.
