Is Milk Really Nectar in Modern World ?
These days, I feel rejuvenated when I drink warm water with some lime juice in the morning. I feel I’m in heaven as I meditate and do my daily pooja. I eat Sattvic food every day. I feel that food is nourshing to our body and mind. The more I read about Ayurveda, the more I’m fascinated and inclined towards the wonderful principles of Ayurveda.
I strongly agree that Sattvic food induces Sattvic guna. Lord Krishna in Bhagvad Gita says,”Sattvic food increases longevity, purity, strength, health and happiness.” I feel as if my body and mind is inclined towards the path of Dharma, as I follow amazing principles of Ayurveda.
