Yoga can’t be forced. You can aspire them by the good feeling that they feel to continue practice when they first have the opportunity and to become committed to yoga lifestyle. If we have to achieve that systematically then we need to have very graciously taught yoga practice beginning in primary school making it a fun exercise, fun alternative.
