There is a huge demand of Ayurveda
Arya Vaidya Sala, Kottakkal, a century old organisation, was started by VaidyaratnamPS Varier, a scholar, an academician and a philanthropist in 1902. Today, the legacy is carried on by Dr P Madhavankutty Varier, Addl Chief Physician & Superintendent, Ayurvedic Hospital & Research Centres who joined his family business in 1969. Ayurveda is his first love and will always be. After completing his MD (Ayurveda), he chose to follow his passion.
