Balance your Imbalances
Life and evolution of human being has always been a subject of research. Different religions have different theories while the explanation science offers are practical and evidence based. Indian science explains evolution of life through Prakruthy Purusha Sidhantha, which includes Panchabhootha Sindanatha, Pancha Jnanedriya and Pancha Karmendriya, Mana and Atma.
Human body and nature go hand in hand. Any development in the nature is bound effect human body—both positively and negatively. Positive changes are health supporting and negative changes lead to discomfort and disease. That is why Ayurveda always advises to be in sync with nature to gain health and mental happiness. But, unfortunately, our routine and the man made modifications have lead to imbalanced doshas.
