HR Management and Ayurveda approach of Prakriti – Our unique trait of body and mind
The word Prakriti means ‘nature’, therefore, it reflects the natural state of human beings at anatomical, physiological and psychological level. This natural state when get altered, become the cause of disease.
There are great detailed descriptions available about Prakriti or individual constitution in Ayurveda. This authentic knowledge can be used easily in HR management. One can visualize individual’s qualities and demerits based on his / her physical and mental constitution based on knowledge of Ayurveda. If HR manager or HR department people of corporate companies are trained in this knowledge, they can better visualize the inner strength / weaknesses of a person and they can place them at appropriate place according to their aptitude and convert this into better productivity.
