Ultimate Source of A Happy Life
I would like to start with a quote, “The ultimate source of a happy life is the attention we pay to our inner life.” Personality of an individual plays a great role in his happiness at work. Happiness is a state of mind which comes with a positive attitude. There’s a difference between a smile and being happy. Smile can be superficial but happiness comes from within and it is necessary that the person is convinced about certain thing. It is also based on the Karmas of a person. Those who do good karmas are happy, those who do bad karmas, are always worried. In the words of Henry Van Dyke, “Happiness is inward, and not outward; and so it does not depend on what we have, but on what we are ”
