by exercising restraint with the science of yoga. Yogasana and pranayama are highly sophisticated and scientific systems which invigorate each and every internal part of the body and provide us stillness of mind. According to the World Health Organisation, in 2015, there were 69.2 million people suffering from Diabetes, It is estimated that by 2030, nearly 98 million people will be suffering from Type II diabetes in India There are some questions worth asking to ourselves. How come our nation, who gave the world the mother of all medical systems─ Ayurveda, managed to make itself so sick?
